ID Vista compiled a number of case studies of licensed premises which had introduced the ID Vista systems. These case studies highlighted the information gathered to such a degree that owners, managers and staff alike felt that not only did the system help prevent disorder, protect their license but it gave their venue a good reputation in town because it was a safe place to go without under aged customers and when customers were asked if they felt more secure with the system in place a staggering 97% said they felt safer. The following details are from case studies which took place in a Nightclub, Off License and Public House.

Not only did the ID Vista system comply with the licensing legislation and police test purchase attempt by the refusal of entry into a licensed premises but the collection of 7685 customers enabled the venue to market to customers it knew were of the correct age. The marketing facilities of ID Vista also showed that the venue had customers visiting the business from other areas outside its own region. This business then conducted a successful marketing campaign from the post codes shown on the ID Vista Marketing Suite.

The owners of the off license concerned realised that more juveniles were attempting to purchase alcohol more regular than first realised not only with genuine ID but with a large array of fake ID's. The business successfully banned a customer for purchasing alcohol on behalf of minors. From the data obtained the business conducted a successful marketing campaign to increase loyalty by targeting first time customers. As a result of this successful trial a further 11 systems were purchased for all of the groups outlets.
Small Public House
ID Vista was placed in the public house as a direct result of 2 failed test purchases by the police and local authority which resulted in the dismissal of the tenant and a review of its Premises License. A new tenant was appointed and the following results were collected from the first month's period.

The ID Vista system was placed next to the cash register and staff were instructed to ask and Scan ID from anyone who looked under the age of 25. This included existing and regular customers .What became clear to the new tenants was that when ID Vista was installed 7 of the failed under aged attempts were from existing customers who regularly visited and purchased alcohol from the Public House. Since the introduction of ID Vista the age profile and popularity of the business has increased.
