Assist Security Staff
The ID Vista system is a tool to assist the security staff and Management in performing their sometimes very difficult and demanding roles of securing and protecting the business.
Where ID Vista is operated by security staff speed and accuracy is of the utmost importance.
A Licensed premises that does not utilise the ID Vista system is totally dependant on the management and security to recognise that the ID presented identifies that person is of the correct legal age to enter the licensed premises or is legally entitled to purchase alcohol or aged restricted goods.
Not only does this member of security / management have to mentally calculate the age but has to determine if the ID is genuine and if person who has presented ID has not been banned by a previous member of Security / Management. All of this procedure has to sometimes be performed in a very stressful situation.
By installing ID Vista this whole procedure could be conducted and verified within 3 seconds. If a scanned ID identifies that that person has a warning or is banned then the security staff/ management are made aware immediately.
If an incident report is required then a printable report can be obtained from the system with the full identification of the person concerned in the incident including the Photograph.
ID Vista does not abdicate the security staff and management in performing their duties in both securing and managing the business.
